Member Meetings
Members and friends of the Garden meet on a regular basis at our Garden Gatherings / bees. Members have the opportunity to raise issues or questions with the committee at any time (speak to one of the committee members directly, or email ogcommunitygarden@gmail.com).
Member’s meetings are held on an as-need basis to discuss activities, issues, initiatives or anything else members wish to have discussed.

Committee Meetings
Committee meetings are held approximately once per month, generally in the second week of each month – as this allows us to prepare for our working bees and other activities that generally happen towards the end of the month.
Annual General Meeting
The Garden holds an annual general meeting (AGM) each year, typically in July or August.

The 2024 AGM was held on 25 August 2024.
2023
The 2023 AGM was held on Sunday 30 July, 2023
2020
The 2020 AGM was held at the Garden on 25 October 2020, and online via Zoom, at 11.00am. (Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the number of people who can attend in person was limited to 10. Hence the opportunity to attend via Zoom.)

The 2019 AGM was held on Sunday 28 July, 2019

The 2018 AGM was held on Sunday 26 August, 2018.
2017
The 2017 AGM was held on 12 July 2017.

The 2016 AGM was held on 27 July 2016.

The 2015 AGM was held on 6 October 2015.
